- How exactly is 28mm scale defined? What is the scale ratio relative to full size?

April 3, 2017 at 1:35 pm- Hi Jimbo! This is a scale common to tabletop wargaming, and it roughly refers to the height of the characters, and is equal to between 1/54 and 1/58 scale. However, since this is in “heroic scale,” the characters can be up to 50mm scale, which is closer to 1/30.
