Upload Limitations

What are the upload limitations?

When uploading your 3D model to Shapeways, there are certain limitations that you should be aware of:

• Maximum file size: 64 MB
• Supported file formats: STL, OBJ, X3D, and VRML
• Minimum wall thickness: 0.7 mm (varies by material)
• Maximum dimensions: 1000 mm in any direction

How to upload your 3D model?

To upload your 3D model, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Shapeways account.
2. Navigate to the 'Upload' section.
3. Select your file and make sure it meets the upload limitations.
4. Confirm your model settings and proceed to checkout.
