Selective Absorption Fusion (SAF) Polypropylene (PP) is an industrial-grade, powder-bed fusion polypropylene engineered for high accuracy and cost-effective production. SAF PP enables durable, lightweight parts with outstanding chemical resistance, flexibility, and watertightness. It’s perfect for air- and fluid-handling applications, living hinges, consumer goods, and any use case demanding strong, ductile, and chemically resistant components.

• Flammability degree (UL 94): HB rating (pass) at 3.24 mm thickness
• Heat Deflection Temp: 107 °C @ 0.46 MPa; 56 °C @ 1.82 MPa
• Biocompatibility: Non-cytotoxic, non-irritant

• Minimum Bounding Box: 4 x 4 x 2 mm and where X + Y + Z ≥ 20mm
