Friday Finds: Little Friends Edition

One of the coolest things about 3D printing in [full color sandstone](/content/materials/sandstone "shapeways materials"/index.html) is the ability to create [colorful figurines](/content/search?q=figurine "shapeways shops figurines"/index.html), so for this edition of Friday Finds, here are some little friends I found on Shapeways…

[Jep the classy hedgehog](/content/model/814037/jep-the-classy-hedgehog.html "shapeways shops jep the hedgehog"/index.html) joined [Lukaz](/content/shops/lkz "shapeways shops lukaz"/index.html) and some of his friends outside a bar one evening, and he was so taken by the well mannered creature that he created a permanent reminder.

[Spike the dragon](/content/model/847564/spike-the-dragon-limited-run.html "spike the dragon shapeways"/index.html) is a favorite childhood character of mine beautifully crafted by [Brian Harris](/content/shops/brianharris "shapeways shops brian harris"/index.html).

From the same show, [BitGem](/content/shops/bitgem "shapeways shops bitgem"/index.html) created [My Itty Bitty Little Pony Girl Figurine](/content/model/798463/my-itty-bitty-cute-little-pony-girl-figurine.html "little pony girl figurine"/index.html) to sit on his desk.
