Friday Finds: Whimsical & Fantastical 3D Designs!

April 20, 2012

Happy Friday everyone! For this week’s Friday Finds, we have a round up of whimsical, fantastic designs from the Shapeways community.

BOID11 by HiLobster, whose design conjures up images of Russian dolls, Rainbow Brite, and a flock of Marshmallow Peeps.

Inquisitive Dragon by TurtlesAreCool. He’s “small enough to nestle snugly in your palm, fierce enough to leave indelible marks in unwary fingers, inquisitive enough to ride on your shoulder for hours…”

Mini Lamp Cufflink by Cufflink Junkie, reminiscent of Luxo Jr., Pixar’s first and award-winning animated short.

Hello Kitty Portal Ring by Ammnra, which forges a strategic alliance between nerd culture and the iconic staple among girls everywhere.
